2024 Year in Review
This blog post is a post to thank each and everyone of you for your support in 2024 but it is also to reflect on how amazing this year was. But let us start off by being real! January of 2024 I thought this was going to be my year. This was the year that it all came together my personal life, my home life & my business. As thankful as I am for absolutely no major issues this year it has been a challenging year both personally & in my business. This was a major year of ups and down and my photography equipment was cursed lol. Not really but 2 lenses breaking and then I dropped my camera and the screen broke. Made me think it definitely was cursed. I am thankful for this past year it has lead me closer to my Lord and helped me create a closer relationship to him. I have had so so many lonely nights and months and that made me reach out to him. I am so thankful for this because I can already see a huge difference in my thoughts, my ideas and my goals. I can tell a huge difference already in how 2025 will be. Because if I am being honest this may the first year that my goals and resolutions 100% revolve around Him and His plans for me and my family. I want to focus on taking care of myself and focus on time with my family. Because time with my kids is flying by. 2025 is the year my son will start all of his senior activities. I have been a part of everyone's senior year but I am not sure I am ready to walk this walk with one of my babies.
I want to thank each and everyone of you for all of your continued support! I know without a doubt God wants me doing exactly what I am. I love the friendships I get to create, the laughs I constantly have & getting to spread God's love and kindness all while sharing the gift He gave me with each of you!
There aren't many big changes this year. I did start charging more for weekend dates & I am going to try and hold the Sabbath as closely as I can. I want Sundays to be for rest & my family. I have a few things coming up that will make your life easier when booking a session and also some treats that you will get from your session.
But for now thank you 2024, I am not sad to see you go but I am thankful for everything I learned and all of the sweet memories I was able to capture. Lots of church events, school events, business marketing promotional shoots, headshots, real estate & oh the families! Then my absolute favorite my sweet sweet Class of 2026! I can not wait to see what God has in store for each of you!
